Shipping Policy

  • Do you offering international shipping?            

We are offering free domestic shipping to Czech Republic and Slovakia. To other European countries the shipping fee varies from 5 to 18 euros, depending on region and price of your order. 

  • How can I track my package?

 When you placed your order, to your email you will receive a unique tracking number along with your invoice.

  • When will I receive my order?

Processing time is 3 to 5 business days for in stock items, and 7 to 10 business days regardless preorder products.

  • What if my package got lost

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping company along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping company.

  • How do I solve lost or damaged package issues?

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit - you are responsible to file claim with shipping company. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.

We are not responsible for transit related damages or delays, when package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
